The NCMA exam spans 4 domains: Pharmacology and General Medical Knowledge (14.4% of the exam); Clinical Medical Procedures (57.6% of the exam); Medical Administrative Duties (12% of the exam); Law and Ethics (16% of the exam). Every practice question on this site is tagged to one of these domains.

The domains are not weighted equally on the exam. By share of the marks: Clinical Medical Procedures 57.6%; Law and Ethics 16%; Pharmacology and General Medical Knowledge 14.4%; Medical Administrative Duties 12%.

The NCMA exam has 150 questions and is completed in 3 hours. Our timed practice mirrors that length and pacing, so exam day feels familiar.
